Cooking is joy for me—stress-relieving, enlightening, and blissful. I channel that energy into every dish so I can add passion, warmth, and value to your life at the table.
A path forged from childhood
I started cooking at 8 years old, sparked by a parent’s adventurous palate and expensive taste. Today I bring nearly four years of private-chef and agency experience, building on ongoing apprenticeship training and real-world service.
My secret in the kitchen
Beyond caffeine, leg day, and cardio, I’m always ready to cook or bake. I experiment and research like a scientist so I can deliver smarter techniques, safer substitutions, and better flavor.

































Chef Tim was truly amazing. He has some great insight and stories that were very entertaining, and he’s incredibly down to earth and you can absolutely see his passion in what he does. The food was phenomenal and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
